I am a stay at home mom And a friend of mine wants me to babysit her 2 children Are there state laws in Montana I should be aware of?

No if a friend wants you to babysit her kids the law cant do anything you are doing her "favor" but prob getting paid.. its ok if you want to take the job take it and have fun!
