Did Artemis lose her powers

Artemis did kill Orion sadly, Orion was a friend of hers and Apollo, her brother, became jealous and challenged Artemis to a hunt, which she didnt back down. She shot her arrow, unaware the target was Orion and hit Orion, killing him.
