What is the best treatment for oncholysis without going to a dermatologist?

I suffered from detached nails for 8 years. This is called ONYCHOLYSIS. My healing came after 1.5 years of prayer, when God led me to a dermatologist who told me a simple cure. By the way, he was the 4th doctor i had seen. All my previous cure attempts did not work.

Here's the CURE: cut your nails down to the quick where they are attached to the nail bed. KEEP THEM CUT. That is the trick, keeping any new white growth cut until the nail can fully reattach. By keeping them clipped there is no place for moisture to collect and they can reattach. It takes about 3 months but you will have normal nails!

Once the nails are reattached you can let them grow out. Be patient, nails grow slowly.
