sammler.com, a major German collectibles site, lists 1991 uncirculated 20 DM notes as retailing for about €20 / US$25. In circulated condition they have very little collector value.
The mark is of course now obsolete because Germany adopted the euro in 2002. At that time a 20 DM note was equivalent to roughly US$10.
