How method study is used in apparel industry?

Method study is everybody's concern in today's apparel industry as one is open to recommendations in the industry for improved methods of production and the layout development too. Secondly it also carries checks for garment developed as they need to be developed according to the approved sample or if a change is bought then the supervisor should be ready with the explanations. Thirdly for checks in respect to the quality standard expected by the company, they need to maintain a certain amount of quality for their customers. Next would be the evaluation of newly added work aids and the machinery for installation, to test which is better and why. And lastly the implementation of new method is another job of the work study department. Being the member of the industry one should be able to understand the services that the work study department can offer to the people in the industry, for an improved work put forward by the employees.
