How do you stop Lexus GS 300 rear wheels spinning in snow?

1. Get chains or cables

2. Start in 1st gear then switch to 2nd and Drive as you get going faster.

My GS400 has a snow button. This basically reduces the power to the rear

wheels at low speeds but does nothing at normal speeds.
