No, it isn't right to be called names. However, the term "child abuse" should not be taken or used lightly. If your parents feed, clothe, protect, give you money, buy you gadgets--I'd say their name-calling is a sign of stress. When they are calm, tell them how much it hurts to hear those names. Ask how all of you can act better toward each other-- for example, if you often back-talk, maybe you could think about how that feels to your parents...
As to "talking behind your back", parents' conversations with other adults are not your business. ALL parents talk about their kids, both the good and not good things.
