Why can't you wear hats in school?

who said you cant? i far as im concerned this is a free country and you can do whatever you want and there is nothing in the constitution or Bill of Rights or amendments that says you cant wear hats in school. so go ahead, wear hats in school all you want. if a teacher tries to take it away just remind them its a free country and you can do what you want.
