How do you reverse an applique design?

I use a free program that I downloaded from the internet called Irfanview. It will reverse, invert, and make many other changes to patterns and photos. Go to Irfanview.com and download your copy. Be sure to click on all the plug-ins as well, since you will need them to use the program.
