Do you put eyeliner under your eyes?

putting eye liner on the inside of the eye is usually called Kohl Rimming. and, it depends on the kind of eyeliner. stick liner works better for the inside, liquid would just kind of blink away in a matter of moments.

it's all about the look your going for. dramatic glamour, or alternative makeup, you would put it on the bottom of the underlashes. to add a little pop to your eyes, just rim the inside of the eye. you'll get the hang of what you want soon enough. :)
