How do you get to sleep on Christmas Eve?

For little children say Santa wont be coming if they aren't asleep cos he doesn't want to be seen and then make sure they are in their comfiest jamas and the bedroom is clean and the bedding is cleaned and they went in the bath before bed, make sure they don't have a big meal before bed otherwise they wud be too exited and might send it back up again

Then for yourselves do the same and get yersel in nice jamas and get a Hot Chocolate and just RELAX !! you deserve it :D
