What is the cheat for flying in PSP?

There is a cheat I know to make cars fly = square,down,L2,up,L1,X,up,circle,right. But i don't know how to get a cheat to make cj fly.

And if that cheat doesn't work on the ps2, then tell me by improving the answer.
