Is feline hiv contagious to dogs?

Feline HIV, or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), is specific to cats and cannot be transmitted to dogs or other species. It is a virus that affects only felines, similar to how HIV affects humans. Therefore, dogs cannot contract FIV from infected cats, nor can they spread it to them.
