Can i catch regice in oras after releasing it?

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (ORAS), once you release Regice, you cannot catch it again in the same game file. Legendary Pokémon like Regice can typically only be captured once per game save. However, you can reset your game or trade for another Regice from another player if you wish to obtain it again.
