How many days do you wait to do a pregnancy test?

Most test will not be right until atleast two weeks from a missed period - If you take a home pregnancy test, it is often recommended that you take a second test approximatly a week later due to the high rate of false negatives (although it is better to get a laboratory test because they are much more accurate). - Sometimes you can be tested positive within 4 days. If not after a week see a doctor.
