A stadia, or stadium, is an ancient unit of measurement that varies in length depending on the region and period but is generally considered to be about 600 feet (approximately 182.88 meters). In the context of Roman measurements, it is often equated to around 185 meters. The term is also associated with the length of ancient Greek stadiums, where athletic events were held.
