How do you get car out of stuck in mud?

Well if ur a girl and ur wearing high heels or something like boots or flip flops u might wanna keep an extra pair of sneakers in ur car just in case u get stuck. so 1st put on ur sneakers then rock ur car back and forth. if that doesnt work then find a branch or wood or something and stick it under the tire and u should get out or keep two pairs of sneakers in your car so then you can put 1 pair on and stick the other pair under the spinning tires
