How old is Athena the goddess?

According to Plato, Athena is associated with Neith, a huntress goddess and goddess of war from predynastic Egypt. This period was somewhere between 6500 BCE and 5000 BCE. If Plato's connection is correct, then Athena is between 7000 and 8000 years old. Athena became associated with philosophy, and therefore the goddess of philosophy, in Greece around the late 5th century BCE.
