== == Certainly, and a number have been. Depending on their faith, this will of course influence how they express themselves philosophically. Francis Schaeffer would be one example.
Philosopher literally means "lover of wisdom". Anyone can be a philosopher, though not everyone's very successful at it.
There have been many Christian philosophers in history, which one would expect since a significant portion of the world has been Christian for the past two millenia. St. Augustine and Thomas Aquinas are two notable Christian philosophers before the Enlightenment era. During and after the Enlightment, many of the philosophers were still Christian (e.g., Descartes, Spinoza, Leibniz, Locke, Hobbes), although it in many cases their philosophical thought suggests a rejection of traditional Christian doctrines and a more general theistic belief. Philosophers of the middle ages (known as scholastics) were known by their methods of reasoning that they used for rigorous textual analysis of biblical texts. Their focus on formal methods of interpretation and argument led to a lot of work in logic, following that of Aristotle.
