Typically once you are 18 you are no longer a minor in the laws eyes. However if you have health insurance or any other perks from you r parents they could discontinue any coverages. Also some states may have little catchy clauses so it is best to call local law enforcement and they will be able to tell you your options.
Answerat the GOOD OLD AGE OF 18 you are considered by law an adult so as long as the person you are thinking about moving in with is an adult your parents cant stop you. but just remember your parents love you and only wants what is best for you.(so with that in mind you should have a real heart to heart with you parents.) PS WHATS THE RUSH ITS A CRUEL WORLD. AnswerYou are 18. An adult. They can't do anything. I agree with the above. I moved out when I turned 18 and it ripped my parent's hearts out. I eventually moved back in with them, and it certainly changed things for the better. However, I wish I had made it easier for them, so yeah, you should seriously have a "heart to heart" talk with them. :)Copyright © 2026 eLLeNow.com All Rights Reserved.
