None of the cents minted during WWII are particularly valuable. Without knowing the specific condition of each coin it's not possible to give a good estimate of their values but in average circulated condition most sell for at most a quarter. In uncirculated condition they range anywhere from $1 to $10.
In spite of that a complete set of cents from that time makes both an interesting conversation piece and a historical record. The fact that so much copper was needed that 1943 cents were struck in scrap steel speaks to the sacrifices made, and you can always wonder who may have spent these coins during that dark time - a soldier, a gal waiting at home, a star like Humphrey Bogart or Benny Goodman - -
