How do you get the hex in wizard101?

In Wizard101, the Hex spell can be obtained by completing the quest "The Hex" given by the NPC, Professor Balestrom, in the area of Celestia. You need to be at least level 30 to access this quest. Additionally, it's also available as a reward from certain treasure cards or through the game's card crafting system. Be sure to check your spellbook to see if you have unlocked it through gameplay!
