Yes if you're not old enough to be buying whatever it is you're smoking it's wrong and whoever supplies it is going against the law. With that you're damaging your health and getting addicted to something that will just cost you more money in the long run to supply. So quit now while you're young and your body can restore it's health as much as possible.
