Does home insurance cover pipeline damage?

Depends where that pipeline is and what happened to it. If its your main pipe coming into your home for water supply and it gets old and rusts out, NO... If the pipe somehow ruptured, its possible, need to read your insurance policy to make sure. As well they may cover damage from the pipe done to the home but not cover the pipe, more info is needed to asses your situation.
