Do Indians greet each other with the word How?

If by Indians, you are referring to Indians in Asia then no. They to not greet each other with the Word "HOW". In fact, I highly doubt even American Indians (Native Americans) have this special greeting.

"How" as a Native American greeting is probably a Hollywood invention.
