Can a Mamia Sekor 35mm camera be converted to digital?

Sorry, no analouge camera can be made into digital cause very different techniques being utalized.

Some older lenses can be used on moder DSLR´s though, Pentax (+ thrid party for Pentax) are awesome at this. In fact if you got a bunch of Pentax compatible old 42mm screw lenses your on your way so to speak cause of all adapters out there.
