Why Jehovahs Witnesses is banned?

Jehovah's Witnesses are banned in many countries that place a strong emphasis on every citizen of that country being willing to join the military if needed. Jehovah's Witnesses feel that they are subjects of God's Kingdom, and therefore do not take part in any politics or military forces of what are considered governments ruled by humans. Jehovah's Witnesses view other members of their religion in other countries as their "brothers and sisters" of the faith. So, it is unthinkable that they would ever go to war with each other just because of the country they live in. They also feel that the teachings of Jesus prohibits violence or war.

Because of this, many governments that are particularly aggressive towards other nations, have poor relations with surrounding countries, or problems with militants within their own borders, will ban the religion in fear that it will diminish their armed forces if too many people convert.
