When did motorcycles first start using disc brakes?

The first Production Motorcycle to use disc brakes was the 1969 Honda CB750. There were earlier iterations on custom motorcycles including an earlier 450, that Harada of Honda fitted with a disc, but 1969 is the first production model as far as I know
