You cannot lose tummy fat on its own, it is impossible. However using an exercise cycle can help you burn calories eventually losing fat from your overall body weight. It is also more effective cycling in starvation mode e.g first thing in the morning before breakfast as this will make your body break into the fat you already have rather than using the energy off of something you've just eaten. Also eat healthy. Include protein e.g fish or egg with a portion of healthy veg and fruit per meal. Only have carbs e.g potato, rice bread etc within 2 hours of working out as your body carries on burning calories up to 2hours after working out. Plus you've earned your carbs.
