How do you make inverted E in the computer key board?

Start>All Programs> Accessories> System Tools>Character Map

Character Map will show you all the characters that are in a font.

the glyph "ə" has no keystroke assigned to it, so you'll have to double click it and copy and paste it out of Character Map.
