- Be personal, so if for example, they are interested in a product, say why you love it; if you have it or why it would suit them.
- Also, if they say anything mildly funny, laugh! Not to be fake, but to be friendly and show you are human too.
- Be honest. If a customer is looking at a product and you think something is better or there's a flaw in this one, tell them. They will recognise that you are truthful and are more likely to buy from you.
