No you should not dress him as a girl that is simply humiliating. You should tell your parents what he did and inform him that if he ever does it again your friend will press charges with the police for sexual harassment. Or 'pants' him in front of a lot of people.

You should try and get him to dress up for you, trick him somehow telling him you like him or that your best friend wants him or something and get him to

dress up in your clothes, take some photos of him and get him to do your
