Well, I found a website that has charted statistics, and there was a breakdown of Food Stamp recipients by race in Fiscal Year 2011:

White: 36.6%

Black: 22.8%

Hispanic: 9.6%

Native American: 3.3%

Asian: 2.4%

Unknown: 18.4%
