How do you write an article review about the lower thhe working class the faster we age?

I'll probably get a lot of flack for this, but you probably want to focus first on some of the social and financial issues of working class Americans. Is there more alcholism? Drug use? Lack of ability to afford healthier foods? Lack of decent health care? Any of these examples could provide a base for aging more quickly than Americans who can afford them.
