How can you disarm the alarm on a K reg Rover 214 please mine keeps going off for no reason?

disconnect the bonnet switch by un pluging the plug at the bottom of it, (the switch is on the bulkhead by the master cylinder) if this fails look above your seat belts and pull the cover off the sensors, pop the sensors out and un plug them) any probs you can mail me (xtremesoundsbham@aol.com)
