Does Highster Mobile work

I ordered Highster Mobile this Tuesday and the url they sent me to install on the target phone did not work. I called customer service several times but never get a live person. I've texted the support dept. and four days later I'm still waiting for help. I thought that I had done my due diligence before I bought but looks like a rip off to me. I'll give them till noon today to make it work then I'll talk to my bank and start complaining elsewhere.
