In The Sims How Do you get your neighbor to move in with you?

You have to get far enough in the game for another sim to move in with you. I got a sim to move in with me at about the sixth house. Make sure your relationship is high enough. PREPARE FOR SPOILER DONT READ IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE GAME!!!!!!!!!

At the end of the game, it shows you screwing with Malcom once you move into his mansion. Even on a video game, It's not right to cheat on your guy, if that's who moved in with you. If you don't want to cheat, have somebody move in AFTER you've reached Malcom's mansion.
