Does airplane mode charge money on your phone if you listen to music?

Airplane mode cuts voice, text and data communication off, so if you're listening to music, while in Airplane mode, you're probably playing an mp3 file on that's in your phone's storage. In that case, you shouldn't get any voice, text, or data charges.
