Sansa kroma is an African folk song. The lyrics mean:

It is to be entrepretated as a children's song used to comfort the children from Ghana. It basically says, you're lucky you are not an orphan. And you are lucky someone feeds you, and you don't have to fend for yourself. It is a very lovely and entertaining song.
