Does forever 21 clothes run big or small?

Forever 21 clothes can be either big or small. Some stores even have a plus size section. The XS size in Forever 21 would be the equivalent of a Large in Abercrombie Kids. The XS size would most likely fit an average sized 12 or 13 year old girl. This will hopefully give you and idea of whether or not they run big or small in comparison to other stores.
