Just like humans, appliances come in all shapes and sizes, but there are some common, although I wouldn't consider them standard, measurements that you can use during your planning.
Ranges (stoves): Most households have a 30" range (stove). Other widths include: 20" (rare) 24" (rare), the aforementioned 30" (extremely common), 36" (not as rare), 48" (rare), 60" (extremely rare). The height and depth of a range can vary from model to model. I would not suggest straying from these widths as they are considered very common although certainly not standard (widths of 40" and 42" are possible). Stick with a width that can be divided by the number three. Your cabinet company will thank you. If you are considering an electric range instead of gas, you will have very little choices in a 36" width. The overwhelming majority of choices will reside in the 30" category. There are no options in electric ranges above 36" wide.
Dishwashers: These are fairly straight-forward and nearly everyone uses a 24" wide unit. Dishwashers are also available in 18" wide models, but these are fairly rare and are used in either small, galley-like kitchens or as a second dishwasher in a bar area or butler's pantry. Every brand makes a 24" wide unit. The height of a dishwasher can be adjusted and the depth will vary from unit to unit.
Refrigerators: There are enormous differences in their height and depth. Think width in this case. There are 30", 33", 36", 42", 48", 60", and 72" wide models to choose from. Most households have a 36" wide unit (unless there are restrictions in the kitchen that will only permit a 30" or 33" wide unit). If you decide to go wider than 36", you will have to investigate built-in refrigerator options.
Every manufacturer lists the exact dimensions of each appliance on their website. They also provide downloadable user manuals, specification sheets, and energy usage guides in PDF format.
