How do you rest in 18 wheels of steel?

You will have to stop at a hotel (its the green h in a box on the map) pick how long you want to sleep and press advance time it will cost from about $50- $150 depending on the hotel. or if you have a truck that you can sleep in you have to press the "N" key for notebook and press advanced time and do the same thing like at the hotel.
