That depends on what you mean by things. Here are a few lists of things that I can think of.
Words and expressions that start with r:
- Ripper= something that is good or great. For example if your dog was to win at a dog race you would call it a little ripper.
- Reckon= a Word you use to agree with something. Example: Someone says that they consider going deaf rather than listening to the Prime Minister talk, and you say "I reckon!" (I agree)
- Rellie= A relative
- Roo bar= A bull bar, the protective bar on the front of your car.

- Roger David= Clothing Company

- RSPCA=a charity organisation that rescues animals (primarily cats and dogs) and attempts to re-home them. (Come second to the AWL in my opinion because the RSPCA puts down healthy animals if they cannot sell them quickly enough.
- RACQ= They are a automobile company that provides roadside assistance, insurance and advice.

- Red Earth= the colour of the ground in the desert.
- Red Cattle dog= They are a fantastic working breed that are very loyal and protective.
