Is Chili's open on Christmas day?

It is difficult to answer this question because whether chain restaurants are open seems to vary according to location. In some states, certain restaurants remain open (this is especially true of Chinese restaurants), as do certain convenience stores. But in others, most are closed. There does not seem to be an official policy. Your best bet would be the old-school technique of phoning the particular Chili's to find out if it is one of the ones that stays open.
