Where in South Africa do white lions live?

Lions may be found in parts of Eastern Africa and Southern Africa. There are very few lion prides which remain roaming free in the wild, although Botswana which has large tracts of uninhabited land, is home to quite a number. Most lions in Africa will be found in conservation areas and game reserves, such as in Kenya where they cannot be hunted.
