What do you clean gauges with?

I personally usually use antibacterial soap and water. Don't use a rag or towel to dry with, use paper towels. It is an open wound technically. Do the same with your ears. I don't recommend showering with your jewellery in, they tend to stay moist and will smell a lot, wait until your ears are completely dry before putting them back in. Hope this helps.

Another helpful solution for your stretched piercings is sea salt in hot water, soaking your piercings in it feels fantastic.
