How do you fill a Presta valve?

To fill a Presta valve, first unscrew the top cap and press down on the valve to release any air inside. Then, attach a pump with a Presta valve adapter and inflate the tire to the recommended pressure. Finally, remove the pump and close the valve by screwing the top cap back on.
