What turns a guy on most?

It depends on the guy.

I like when my girlfriend lightly runs her fingers up and down my spine or chest and/or when she uses her hair to create the same effect as her fingers. Small kisses up and down the neck are quite effective too. Keep in mind this is just for me, everyone else is different.
