Need Help on choosing anyone help should you rebuild a Chevy 350 small block or rebuild a Chevy 396 big block you want to use it for strip or street you just need some power for your race?

everybody has a 350 but not everyone has a 396, the 396 is a lot more expensive to rebuild but the torque from that big block is worth it.
