Is it possible to have a 110 yard kick return?

No. The most you can have is 109 yards. We saw this last year when a long field goal attempt came up short, was caught literally inches from the back end line, and then returned for a touchdown. While it was closer to 110 yards than 109, officially it was 109 yards, and thus will be a record that will never be broken.
